We are currently recruiting a Health & Safety/Facilties Coordinator to join our Ireland team.
Our Irish office houses our General Stud Book and Weatherbys Scientific teams, including our laboratory. Maintaining this space to a high standard is key in allowing our teams to work effectively and provides support in keeping everyone safe in their working environment.
As Health & Safety/Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining our office spaces, ensuring the environment is safe and well-maintained
- Working with contractors to provide building repairs and coordinate building work
- Carrying out regular safety inspections and robust building testing
- Organising health & safety training and documentation
- General office maintenance
You will flourish in this role if you have:
- Strong understanding and experience in health & safety regulations, risk management & hazard recognition
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads to ensure our offices and warehouse are maintained to a high standard
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail to identify potential risks and to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
